Metabolic Health Coach

Ross is a Metabolic Health Coach, certified Fast Like a Girl Coach, Natural Juice Therapist, and Holistic Nutrition Coach. She is passionate about helping women feel their best through simple, sustainable lifestyle changes, including the powerful use of nutrition, detoxification, and fasting in a way that supports the body naturally.

Her approach is rooted in working with the body — not against it — to restore hormonal balance, boost energy, and support long-term metabolic health.

With a calm and down-to-earth teaching style, Ross makes nutrition and wellbeing easy to understand and apply in everyday life. Through her workshops, she guides women to improve their energy, balance their metabolism, and build healthy habits that feel realistic, enjoyable, and lasting.

Yoga & Movement Specialist

Jess creates a welcoming and supportive space where students can slow down, reconnect, and build confidence in their practice. Her teaching is rooted in curiosity and encouragement, helping you move at your own pace while gently exploring what your body is capable of.

An experienced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT® 500) registered with Yoga Alliance, Jess has over six years of teaching experience across studios, gyms, and private settings. She blends styles including Vinyasa Flow, Slow Flow, Yin, and Ashtanga-inspired movement to offer accessible, enjoyable classes suitable for all levels — especially beginners.
