Why fasting works for women:

Fasting isn’t about restriction — it’s about working with your body’s natural rhythms and unlocking its innate ability to heal. When practiced in a way that supports women, especially through perimenopause and beyond, fasting becomes a powerful tool for restoring balance, energy, and long-term health.
